So this title felt appropriate because I'm pretty sure that's what all of you are saying :)
These next few blogs going to be a little out of chronological order. This is going to be the cabin adventures that we just had, and then the months since the last post will come later.
We really felt like some weird moose theme that we had going on. There were moose everywhere! Mike went out one morning just walking around and saw 15 of them. Which is crazy!
We even had one come up to the Mustang and decided to lick the hood... which was really weird! I've never heard of them doing that
Tim was pretty excited to see the snow and had to of course have his own little "photo shoot" of him fly fishing in it.
Now this was Mike's first time at the cabin so he got to go through the new man in the family ritual... Learning to fly fish
He loved it so much that now we are saving to get him some basic gear. If anyone needs any ideas for Christmas or Birthday gifts, he wants fly fishing stuff. So at least everyone knows what to do for him for the next few years! :)
And of course the boys were out fly fishing in the snow and with a moose hanging out by them
While they were out fly fishing the rest of us went out to play in the snow. Now my little nephew Jackson was crazily obsessed with snow! He would see a patch every twenty feet and holler "SNOW!" and then go running into it and make snowballs.
We went hiking
and then came to a fabulous patch of snow to play in.
And the snowballs were definitely a flyin!
The funniest part is that a lot of time Jackson was Asking us to throw the snow at him! What a goofy goober :)
Then we decided to make a snowman, who turned out adorable!
And of course Jackson had his Calvin & Hobbes moment
Nolan was such a trooper through it all!
Jackson and Grandpa had a great time fishing. I love this picture :)
Mike's car is a convertible and Jackson was just so excited to ride in it and he even got to push the button to lower/raise the top.
Jackson decided to be a little stinker and did NOT want to be in this picture! And when trying to throw a fit didn't work, he simply pretended to be asleep. That boy just makes me laugh!
